Offset anything

Offset your flight

Flying is one of the most carbon-intensive things most of us do. Estimate a flight’s footprint and shred it in one click.

Why flights matter so much

A single long-haul return flight can emit more CO₂e than months of everyday living. Aviation emissions also occur high in the atmosphere, which is why cutting flights where you can matters before you offset the rest.

How we calculate it

We pass your total flight distance to our carbon partner’s aviation emissions model, which returns the estimated CO₂e for that journey. The price you see is what it costs to fund verified credits covering that amount, including our margin and payment fees.

FAQ

How much CO2 does a flight produce?
It depends almost entirely on distance and cabin class. A short European return hop is often a few hundred kilograms of CO₂e, while a long-haul intercontinental return can exceed two tonnes per passenger.
Does offsetting a flight make it carbon neutral?
It funds a verified reduction or removal equal to the flight’s estimated emissions — but it does not undo the emissions themselves. Flying less remains the higher-impact choice; offsetting handles what you can’t avoid.
Should I offset per passenger or per flight?
Our estimate is per passenger. If you’re offsetting for a family or a team, multiply the distance by the number of travellers, or run the calculator once per person.
