This is a short, plain-English summary. A full policy will be published before we begin charging customers.

We collect only what we need to run your subscription: your email and account details, the answers you give our calculator, and your payment and order records. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card details.

We use your data to provide the service, fulfil your carbon offset orders, and send you impact updates. We do not sell your personal data.
