Why customers care
"Carbon neutral shipping" is a common claim and a widely distrusted one — usually because nobody can show what was actually bought. Every offset you buy through us retires credits on a public registry and produces a certificate with serial numbers. You can show your customers the receipt, not just a badge.
We'll also tell you plainly: offsetting shipping does not make a product climate-neutral, and we won't help you claim it does. It covers the delivery emissions you can't yet design out — honestly, and with proof.

- Two API calls: one to price the offset for an order, one to create a checkout. You can charge the customer, absorb the cost yourself, or offer it as an opt-in add-on. Full docs are on our developer page.
- What does it cost?
- You pay the price of the carbon credits plus our margin — there's no platform fee, no subscription and no minimum. The quote endpoint is free to call.
- Which platforms does it work with?
- Any store that can make an HTTP request — Shopify (via custom code or a private app), WooCommerce, Magento, or a custom cart. A native Shopify app is on our roadmap; talk to us if you want to be an early partner.
- Are the credits real?
- Yes. Every purchase retires verified credits from a curated portfolio, with registry serial numbers and a certificate you can show customers. See our projects page for what's inside.
- Can we show customers proof?
- Every order produces a retirement certificate you can link or forward. That's a far stronger claim than an unbacked 'carbon neutral' badge.
